Return & Refund Policy

At Popcorn Video Store, we want you to be happy with your order. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. As many of our DVDs are pre-owned, minor signs of previous use may be present and are shown as clearly as possible in the product photos.

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
