Employee of the Month is a fun workplace comedy starring Dane Cook, Jessica Simpson and Dax Shepard.

Zack Bradley is a laid-back employee at a large supermarket who has never been particularly interested in climbing the career ladder. But when attractive new cashier Amy arrives and rumours spread that she only dates the store’s Employee of the Month, Zack suddenly has a reason to become the perfect worker.

His biggest obstacle is ambitious co-worker Vince, who has dominated the Employee of the Month competition for years. What follows is an increasingly ridiculous battle between the two as they compete for the title — and Amy’s attention.
