Homer and Eddie is a comedy-drama starring James Belushi and Whoopi Goldberg as an unlikely pair who embark on a memorable journey together.

Homer is a gentle man travelling across America to visit his dying father. Along the way he meets Eddie, an unpredictable woman with troubles of her own. Despite their very different personalities, the two form an unusual friendship as they continue their road trip together.

Combining humour with touching dramatic moments, Homer and Eddie is an offbeat late-1980s road movie featuring two distinctive performances from Belushi and Goldberg.
