Head of State is a hilarious political comedy starring Chris Rock and Bernie Mac, with Chris Rock also making his feature-film directorial debut.

After an unexpected turn of events, Washington D.C. alderman Mays Gilliam is selected as an unlikely candidate for President of the United States. Instead of following the usual political rules, Mays decides to run his campaign his own way—with his outspoken brother Mitch as his running mate.

Full of sharp jokes, outrageous campaign moments and the unmistakable comedy of Chris Rock and Bernie Mac, Head of State is a great pick for fans of early-2000s comedy.
